Job Description & key responsibilites:

This role, at present, isn’t a full time 40 hour per week role. We envisage this to be about 25-30 hours per week.

This is open to discussion. This role will be an onsite office based role due to the day to day responsibilities as

listed below.

The day to day responsibilities of this role will be as follows:

• Basic receptionist duties – taking in mail, organising shipments, receiving shipments, answering phone,

working with couriers, coordinating with cleaners and/or other visitors

• Managing stationery and canteen supplies: (notebooks, pens, coffee, fruit, toilet paper)

• Help with onboarding (handing out key cards/fobs, alarm code)

• Help with offboarding (taking back laptop, key cards/fobs)

• Work with managers to order screens/laptop/docking stations etc

• Spot-checking Asset tracker – picking 10 random equipment IDs and checking them against data in the

tracker (are they where they are listed in the tracker- if not alert managers to it so it can be looked at)

• Help maintaining Asset tracker (Nijmegen side)

• Watering plants

• Help printing, scanning, binding documents for the Leadership Team

• Help with travel plans

• Help in organising company events

• Involvement in the Health and Safety Team on-site

• Arranging lunch for team/visitors in Nijmegen

• Laundry – work with team regarding labcoats

Required Qualifications & Characteristics:

• Experience in a similar role required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience of working effectively in team environments.

• Ability to work well on own initiative

• Proficiency in Microsoft work, excel and powerpoint is a must
